The OLYMPUS collector casing is made of specially designed extruded aluminium profile, without any external connections, screws, nuts, or rivets.

The absorber consists of copper tubes and copper fins welded on the vertical pipes by "ultrasonic welding", ensuring optimum heat transfer.

The 40mm rockwool insulation on the back and glasswool at the sides of the collector will maintain very high temperature in the collector achieving very high system efficiency.

The special antifreeze - anticorrosive glycol protects the collector from scale, rust, freezing and overheating.

The collector's glazing is 4mm low iron solar tempered glass so it ensures maximum energy transmittance.

A special EPDM rubber profile ensures 100% water and moisture sealing. Special vent-holes prevent vapour formation within the collector.

Special threaded slots at the back of the collector allows easy installation on any kind of flat or inclined roof. At the same time the powerful support system will resist any weather conditions.

STORAGE TANK

The OLYMPUS tank has an external casing os stainless steel for maximum durability and incredible look.

FREON FREE polyurethane insulation is coated under pressure in the tank surrounding the cylinder and maintaining hot water for many hours.

The closed circuit internal heat exchanging makes the OLYMPUS a very fast heating solar water heater. At the same time this protects the product from the rust. scale and freezing. So weather the OLYMPUS is working in very hot climates or extremely cold areas with temperatures quite below zero or even with poor water quality containing a lot of minerals (iron, calcium, etc.), it will be just as efficient and reliable.

The tank is made of 3mm low carbon steel with a double "glass" coating oven treated at 840 deg.C. The OLYMPUS can withstand water pressure up to 30 bar.

The anode protection by magnesium rod effectively protects the tank from electrolysis.

Very cloudy days are no problem for the OLYMPUS. You will still have plenty of hot water thanks to the back-up electric heater.
The thermostat with built in safety features has the sensor immersed in the water and regulates with absolute precision the desired temperature of the hot water.
